We had a great fishing today. Under great weather conditions, light breeze and 88 degree water temp's. Had multiple hook-ups and several boated. All-fish were 32=" and hard fighting. Great anglers and real great folks.
We had some great days under brutal heat and 90+water temps. Fishing a little deeper with live shrimp that are coming into the low country. Run and gun, until you find a fishy zone.. Present several selections of bait (shrimp, mullet, mud minnow or crabs) on will be the best choice...
Lots of work that produces great fishing results....
Fishing is heating up in the Charleston area... and the weather as well. Fishing this week @ 88 degrees with light winds and an occasional pop-up storm cell. Water temperature at 86. We had spectacular fishing the last five days in a row with dozens of hook-up and several giant trophy fish. Super fishing, great folks and fun times.
We had a outstanding day fishing today. Good weather, lots of nice quality fish...including a few trophy red fish! Everyone likes to hook-up and battle a really big red fish. Check out the end of the day sunset..
We had a great day on the trout today with a charter group from Georgia. Catching and releasing about 25 nice spotted sea trout, three well over 22". We kept one at 25", but released at the docks at the end of the charter (C&R).. We hooked up with a real nice red fish that screamed off about twenty-five yards on the first run on a light tackle set-ups then busted off on a oyster bank area.
Great times..... See you soon.
I had a group from Sumter. SC. this week. All the anglers were defiantly very experienced anglers. I can generally tell this immediately when we get to fishing. This youth angler (Mitchell 10 Yrs. old) was just on fire..... Lazar casting, great tactics and immediate results. Two trophy reds, five trout and a nice flounder for the day. The rest of the group did really really well, they were just on it.... What a great crew and a super productive day. Thanks Team Sumter...See you soon!!
We had a great group of anglers from Tennessee today. They were on it! Including, Ian a really great youth fisherman and superior fish netter! We dialed in on creeks and ended up fishing structures almost at the harbor area. Fish count - 10 Hook-ups on big reds and they managed six to the boat, 6 trout (all under except 1 -released) and a 30" gar caught by Ian! Super great group and on-fire fishing today.
Had a really good time last night on a 2.5Hr. sunset cruise. Super great young clients for from Charlotte, SC. We headed down the Wando river, did some nice back-country runs in the deep creek areas along the way. We ended up under the Arthur Ravenel Bridge, dolphins everywhere....floated for a while. Then headed back home and were back at the dock at 8:15. Great crew.... See you soon!
We had a great time yesterday with three from Charleston. Landing big fish after big fish.. Great folks and great fishing with Coastal Fishing Guides.
We fished today with one angle for the state of Minnesota, Musky capital of the world. We started on the flats and finally located a biting school of reds that quickly escalated into eight hook-ups and seven on the boat. After that workout, we moved into the shallow for some trout action and a nice Flounder..
Good fishing with ya Tracy!
See you in few months...
